CHALLENGES:

Altadis U.S.A. had planned a 3 week shut down of their plant in McAdoo, PA and contacted us about replacing 90,000 sq. ft. of roofing during this time frame. Not only did we need to complete the work on time but they also needed interior protection for their plant operations.

DETAILS:

In order to help Altadis get their roofing work done on time before re-opening, Jurin Roofing utilized 2 crews on the 2 separate roof areas at the same time. During the project there was a significant amount of steel deck replacement needed.

Jurin Roofing not only completed the project well under the time allotted, but we were also able to keep the project under budget and allowed Altadis to re-start their operations as scheduled.

Jurin Roofing provided Altadis with 90,000 square feet of Fleeceback EPDM along with a 20 year warranty for both areas.
