These high-efficiency tools help us create detailed and precise roof maps, complete roof inventory, roof assembly detail, and any roof deficiencies including photographs all while inspecting your roof. This stream-lined process allows us to provide you with a digital advantage to help you maintain your roof.
How does Roof Express benefit you?
- We establish a “Baseline” Roof Assessment with a full color report showing complete roof conditions with photos, maps, and defects.
- We provide semi-annual inspection reports for routine maintenance and a proposal for any work needed to extend the life of your roof.
- Service crews document, photograph and record the work they’ve done on every service call and capture other any deficiencies they discover while on the call.
- Every roof inspection and repair is recorded and easily accessed Online or in report format, including:
- Detailed and precise roof maps
- Complete roof inventory
- Roof assembly detail
- Roof deficiencies, including photos
- We use Roof Condition Scoring to deliver a standard approach to prioritizing which roof sections are in good shape, which need pro-active attention and which sections need to be refurbished immediately. Roof Condition Scoring is discussed in further detail in the next section.
